About the Position

The Embedded Systems Developer will work develop applications targeting OpenWRT Linux. They will Solid communication skills are required as it may be necessary to author technical reports.

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements (Must have)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Software Engineering
• 3 to 5 years’ demonstrated experience in embedded systems development
• First-hand experience with development for OpenWRT Linux
• Experience with cross-compiling for OpenWRT Linux-based systems
• Experience with Git or Mercurial
• Experience with CMake or other build automation
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
• Be a team player who can work with minimal supervision

Desirable (Good to have)

• Hands-on experience with other embedded platforms such as ATmega and STM32
• First-hand experience with using scientific or math libraries on embedded platforms
